Dr Sebastian Fontaine advises and represents corporates and individuals in all questions of commercial and tax criminal law. His practice areas range from corruptionrelated and antitrust offences through to the defence in complex criminal proceedings involving tax offences. Further focus areas are preventive advice to avoid criminal proceedings (compliance) as well as support and assistance in cases of internal investigations.
